Shipping
All orders are shipped from the USA. If your order contains a Pre-Order item, then it will ship in the month noted on the listing. Additional items in your cart will also ship at that time. If you prefer to receive any additional (non-pre-order) items earlier, please create a separate order.
DELIVERY TIMES AND RATES
Our warehouse requires one business day for order processing. Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days for delivery.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Most countries charge import duties and customs fees. These can vary widely. The recipient of your order will be responsible for any and all customs fees and duties. The whole customs clearance process can also cause delays beyond the shipping timelines listed below and while we're sorry when these delays happen, they are outside of our control.
To create a better delivery experience for you, we can ship international orders Delivered Duty Paid (DDP). By shipping DDP, duties and taxes are collected directly at checkout so that your package is not stopped and is not held by customs. Please note that duties and taxes assessed by customs vary by country and product.
When will I receive my order? We want you to receive your order as fast as possible! International orders are typically delivered within 8 -14 business days once the order has been fulfilled. Once your order has been fulfilled, the estimated delivery date will be shown on your tracking page

Unfortunately, we aren’t currently able to ship orders to: Afghanistan, Algeria, Belarus, Bhutan, Brunei, Central African Republic, Chad, Cuba, French Guiana, Guadeloupe, Indonesia, Iran, Laos, Liberia, Libya, Martinique, Mongolia, Morocco, North Korea, Papua New Guinea, Russia, Samoa, Sierra Leone, Solomon Islands, South Sudan, St. Pierre & Miquelon, Syria, Timor-Leste, Tunisia, Turkmenistan, Ukraine
Who handles your international shipping? We ship all our international orders with Passport, our trusted third-party international shipping carrier. Passport has a number of shipping partners around the world that handle your local delivery and ensure your package arrives safely and quickly.
How can I track my package? Once your order has been fulfilled, you will receive an email from us with your tracking information. You can track the progress of your order directly on your Warframe Account tracking page.

For International Shipments: If your package stops moving at any point, do not fret! It is still on its way to you and is likely just clearing customs. Occasionally, there may be delays due to customs or weather events. If this happens, your tracking page will be updated with the latest shipping status.
