If you are having problems connecting, updating, or getting disconnected while playing Warframe, please try these simple steps before contacting Support:
PC, PS4 & Xbox One:
- Turn off your PC or Console
- Unplug or power off your modem AND router for 30 seconds
- Plug in/power on your Modem & Router (see below for help)
- Turn on your PC or Console
- Load up Warframe!
Rebooting your modem and router
Look for a power switch or button on your router/modem. The location differs based on the make and model, but if there is a power button you will see it somewhere on the back of the device where you plug in the network and power cables.
Turn the device off for at least 20 seconds. Some models do not have a switch or button so you will need to unplug them directly. Give the devices another 30 seconds to a minute to reconnect and they should be back to normal operation and you can move to the next step.
Note: If another device is streaming video or transferring data while you are trying to play or update Warframe it may negatively impact performance or your ability to connect. Please STOP all other uploads, downloads, and streaming on all devices if you still experience problems.
