How to contact Customer Support?
If you wish to contact customer service to report a technical/billing issue or need any other assistance you can contact the Warframe Support by submitting a Support Ticket.
Please refrain from contacting Warframe Support if you are looking for Employment Opportunities within Digital Extremes. For more information on this topic, please go to the Digital Extremes website and check out the Careers section.
Where to report a bug?
Warframe Support is not where you should be going to report a bug in the game. The preferred method to report a bug is to post your report to the appropriate bug forum located on the Warframe Forums below:

These threads are monitored daily by Warframe moderators, developers, and designers. We use these threads to efficiently collect information on all types of issues in Warframe and get the fixes to the devs or designers responsible quicker.
Things to know/do when submitting a ticket!
IMPORTANT: After big updates/patches/hot-fixes it may take longer for a Support member to answer your request, don't be alarmed! The Support staff answers all tickets in chronological order. Please consider checking the Warframe forums listed above BEFORE making a new Support request.
Please categorize your ticket appropriately! We have specialized experts for each ticket category so that you get the best support available as quickly and efficiently as possible!
Provide as much detail as possible when submitting your ticket. The more information you provide in your first contact with the Support team, the more efficiently a Support agent can help you!
If submitting a technical issue:
Please follow our guide here when you submit a ticket for a technical issue.
If submitting a billing ticket for issues with payments:
Please provide as much detail on the transaction as possible including:
- Date
- Payment Method (Paypal, Visa, Paysafecard, etc)
- The bundle you were trying to purchase
- Screenshots of the confirmation/transaction numbers
When a Support agent responds to your ticket and is awaiting a response back from you with more information, the ticket will be marked as "Awaiting your reply" and can be found under the "My activities" section on the Support site.
To the right in this bin you can also check any recently solved/closed requests.
If you happen to resolve the issue before an agent gets to your ticket, feel free to send us a reply/comment in the ticket stating the ticket is resolved! :)
