PlayStation® Button Assignments

PlayStation® controller settings can be adjusted in-game through, via Menu > Options > Controls. The Customize Controller setting will also display current button mappings.

Assigned actions can be changed by selecting and clicking on the action, a new menu will be opened with a list of available actions.

Default controls:

• General:
  1. Left thumbstick: Warframe movement
  2. Down on left thumbstick (L3): Sprint
  3. Right thumbstick: Camera movement
  4. Down on right thumbstick (R3): Altfire/Heavy Melee
  5. X: Jump/Move up
  6. O: Melee attack
  7. ☐: Reload and Context action (such as opening storage lockers or reviving players)
  8. △: switch between your primary and secondary weapons. Hold it down to equip your melee weapon.
  9. D-Pad:
     1. Up: Place Marker, hold to remove it
     2. Left: Scroll abilities (left)
     3. Down: Open Gear wheel
     4. Right: Scroll abilities (right)
  10. L1: Crouch when standing still, tap while moving to Roll, hold while moving to Slide/Move down
  11. L2: Aim weapon
  12. R1: Ability menu
  13. R2: Fire weapon
  14. Touchpad: Gestures: 
      Swipe up: First Ability
      Swipe down: Second Ability
      Swipe left: Third Ability
      Swipe right: Fourth Ability
  15. Pause
