Why does the download restart when I switch languages during an update?

The launcher only downloads the necessary files for the language selected. When you switch languages, the previous download will end and the new language will begin so no extra files are downloaded. For example, if you switch from English to Russian, the English file download will cancel and the Russian download will begin.
